We had a cell phone stolen from our car while it was being washed at this location.
Aviod at all Cost!!! BEWARE

Went to Scottsdale JC (CC2006-032539) for the damage they did to my wheel. I gave them plenty of oppertunity to do the right thing but they never stood up. I won, yet they still refused to pay me. Had to send the guy with the badge down to colloect to get my money. A real bunch of stand up guys. If you take your car there remember my story.
Avoid getting oil changed at this Cobblestone !

Be careful getting a oil change, I was told my trans. fluid needed to be changed & it was shown to me that it was brownish , when I checked it earlier that month it was fine, trans. fluid does not turn bad for no apparent reason. then recently I checked my fluids & all was ok. (except for motor oil) 5 days later I was told my power steering fluid was bad it all of a sudden was brown, & needed to be changed , I declined, Cobblestone will never touch my engine again, if you dogo there stand next to the guy checking your fluids and watch , I did not.

I absolutely love this car wash! I refuse to go anywhere else. The workers are very friendly and the wash is the best in town. If you've had one bad experience here I'd go back for a second opinion. Keep up the good work!
