THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Upon contacting the manager of Ticketboat to finalize my ticket purchase, he stated that he would not accept my offer. I recommended that the store policy states that they can decline offers, and he yelled at me stating that I should not tell him how to do his job. He also stated that I should "Enjoy the game, baby." He then proceeded to hang up on me immediately after that comment. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. NEVER BUY FROM TICKETBOAT!!

Ticket Boat is always able to get great tickets even at the last minute. Trust worthy and affordable and very accomodating. I hightly recommend calling them first.

Used Ticket Boat on several occassion once for a concert and another for a sporting event. There customer service was great, professional and I always recieved what I wanted from the site. Have recommended to sereral people one of them being my law office that I work for. Will continue to use in the future for all my ticketed events.
