Poor Service!

I am a meeting planner and utilized Transtyle because of the convenience factor associated with the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge. I was told they worked directly with the hotel and I could charge my Advisory Board members' airport transfers to one of our employee's rooms. However, not only were they late for the arrivals, but Transtyle drivers asked our Board members for payment instead of charging them to the hotel room. After a call to Chris, the GM, who was very pleasant, I was assured everything else would run smoothly. After the event I asked for payment confirmations and no one at Transtyle could give me any information on who was charged and how much. The entire experience has been frustrating and I would not recommend using Transtyle.
